This had unfortunately been pulled off a mantle piece. It hit the floor and disintegrated in to many pieces. Thankfully the client had done a great job in locating about 90% of the pieces. We meticulously pieced everything back together, patched missing areas and re-ebonised the new sections. It still has am slightly ‘tired’ appearance without appearing too tired!
